Content Marketing ManagerEaston Utilities is currently seeking to fill the position of Content Marketing Manager. Annual salary of $92,742.00 or higher depending upon experience and credentials.
JOB OBJECTIVE: Responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and executing content and communications to enhance the brands for both Easton Utilities and Easton Velocity. This includes creating engaging multimedia campaigns across various platforms and collaborating with internal teams to align content with organizational goals. This is a full-time, exempt position.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum of seven years of advanced, independent experience in all facets of Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, and Public Relations.
•Proven ability to produce impactful content from concept to implementation.
•Demonstrated initiative to identify and develop opportunities for marketing campaigns.
•Creative visionary with a robust understanding of all digital/social media platforms.
•Solid knowledge of design and editing programs, including video.
•Works as part of a team to design marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
•An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines; Time management.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•Knowledge of Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Adobe and/or other media editing software.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Public Relations, or relevant field preferred. May substitute relevant experience in lieu of education on a year for year basis.
MAJOR JOB FUNCTIONS:
•Develops and implements internal and external communications strategies to effectively promote the interests, strategies, and goals of Easton Utilities and Easton Velocity.
•Identifies and implements ideas to strengthen brand and engage customers/community.
•Creates dynamic digital content for various uses including marketing campaigns, employee recognition, and public relations.
•Manages and executes social media content on all platforms including scheduling, engagement and interaction, and performance analysis.
•Manages the Easton Utilities and Easton Velocity web sites, gathering current information from Department Managers and coordinating placement of all information and photographs with web master.
•Writes, prepares, and/or delivers information for various media outlets including press releases, radio spots, periodicals, media briefings, speeches, or publications/articles.
•Produces high quality photo and video content for various applications.
•Conducts thorough research to understand audience preferences and industry trends.
•Works with internal departments to research and develop key issue communications for integrated media campaigns.
•Remains current with latest marketing and digital media trends/technology.
•Ensures consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.
•Represent Easton Utilities and Easton Velocity at community events and professional organizations.
•Assists marketing department with all projects and events.
•Other duties, as assigned.
•Be on-call for emergency situations, if necessary.
•Regular, reliable attendance is a requirement of this job.
