Duties

Qualifications
•Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
•Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.
•Ability to analyze information quickly and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.
