Call Center Representative

Elevated Remodeling is a leading home improvement company specializing in high-quality remodeling projects. We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and driving sales by actively engaging with potential customers over the phone.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for talking to inbound prospects, while informing them about Elevated Remodeling's services and offerings. You will utilize your excellent communication and persuasive skills to build relationships and drive interest in our remodeling projects. This role requires a results-oriented mindset, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with a team.

What You’ll Do:

As an Call Center Agent you will report to the Call Center Manager and will be responsible for appointment setting. Your main focus will be setting up free estimates from inbound lead sources. Throughout your career at Elevated, there are multiple growth opportunities including but not limited to department management, transferring to other departments.
