Key Responsibilities:
•Answer incoming calls or make outbound calls in a professional, courteous manner
•Assist customers by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and processing requests
•Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system
•Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines as required
•Meet or exceed performance goals for call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction
•Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met
•Uphold company policies while delivering exceptional client services.
Qualifications
•Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
•Strong client services background with a focus on customer support and satisfaction.
•Proficiency in data entry and office software applications.
•Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information.
•Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
•Experience with cash handling is a plus.
•A proactive attitude towards outbound calling initiatives.
