Responsibilities
•Set up and maintain all project records including project directory, submittal logs, RFI logs, subcontractor files / correspondence, etc.
•Review and track all RFIs, Submittals and Shop Drawings for completeness and circulate as needed
•Maintain construction documents including plans, specifications, shop drawings, as-built drawings and associated revisions
•Take and prepare meeting minutes, as directed
•Solicit, prepare, compile and review bid packages as directed
•Prepares and review subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders as directed.
•Ensure that Close-out Documents are assembled in an on-going manner with required documents collected throughout the project.
•Assist with Daily and Weekly Reports, as directed
•Prepare project reports for management, client, or others
•Assist with coordinating project activities with activities
•Provide liaison support for Project Team Members who are working out of the office
•Maintain active, daily communication with Project Managers to provide support both while they are in and out of the office.
Knowledge and Experience
•Strong data entry skills; moderate to high rate must be accompanied by excellent accuracy
•Well organized; strong digital and paper filing skills
•Attentive to detail; able to effectively proof own work and the work of others
•Ability to work independently on assigned project and tasks
•Cooperative and responsive; willing to assist others
•Good verbal and written communication skills; strong telephone skills
•Strong ability to utilize required computer programs including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
•Experience with Sage Software
