Starting Pay: $60,000 - $70,000 annually

•Call customers after sale is made and check in on progress after receiving plans on through to delivery and/or project completion.
•Confirm customer readiness pre-delivery or project start.
•Take incoming calls on customer service questions.
•Take incoming customer calls for order requests and facilitate fulfillment.
•Schedule and facilitate kit delivery via necessary 3rd party vendors (e.g. transport company, ferry companies, etc.)
•Complete monthly customer schedule based on forecasted schedule provided and customer readiness calls.
•Order and Cancel Port o Let deliveries and service.
•Coordinate, schedule and facilitate pre-build project meeting.

•Provide on-site crews with job completion timelines and targets and monitor adherence to those standards
•Monitor Jobs in progress to ensure quality of outcomes for customers and employees
•Maintain a log including photos of jobs in progress, methods used, etc
•Track time on site at each job and working alongside the Finance Director determine and monitor profitability and detailed job costing
•Create and maintain all related Project Documentation in the CRM
•Intermittent monitoring of job site to assess progress.
•Schedule on site inspections coordinating with all sub-contractors involved.
•Respond to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions

•Complete and send on-site carpenter schedule out weekly.
•Assess carpenters, carpenter equipment and vehicles for the purpose of suggesting and facilitating possible improvements.
•Schedule punch list requests as needed and maintain punch list worksheet.
•Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are trained appropriately.
•Work closely with the management team to create a projected future project schedule
•Facilitate On-site carpenter needs and requests.
•Coordinate with Subcontractors maintaining relationships and building new relationships to meet company scheduling requirements.
•Create and maintain an inventory of on-site tools and equipment and order as needed
•Monitor the efficiency of on-site procedures and make suggestions for improvements
•Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues
•Schedule repairs and replacements of on-site equipment and tools as needed
•Work alongside management on requested projects such as on-boarding program creation, construction diagram updates, how-to video filming and planning and other requested projects.
•Work alongside management in determining and documenting the necessary roles and responsibilities for Crew leaders.
•Manage the necessary training, certification and scheduling of on-site employees (Med cards, crane certification, etc)
•Ensure all documentation (insurance, registration) and devices (GPS, ELD, E-Z Pass) are present and up to date in each on-site vehicle.
•Maintain vehicle maintenance spreadsheet and schedule all repairs, oil changes and other required maintenance for on-site vehicles.
