Construction Labourer - Golf Course

The Iron is a new, premium golf and events destination taking shape in the heart of Northern Ontario. THE ROLE:

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and hard-working individuals to join our golf course construction team for the upcoming season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work, and takes pride in hand-on work, and is interested in being part of something new and exciting in Sudbury. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Manual labour including lifting, carrying, digging, and raking

- Ability to take initiative and complete tasks independently

- Assist with general construction and site preparation

- Operate hand tools and small equipment safely

- Follow all health and safety procedures

- Support shaping, grading, and landscaping activities

- Install drainage, irrigation, and course infrastructure as directed

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to perform physical labour in outdoor conditions

- Reliable transportation to and from the job site

- Strong work ethic, teamwork, and communication skills

- Construction or landscaping experience an asset but not required

- Equipment operation experience is an asset

- Driver’s license
