- Support skilled workers by holding materials, mixing concrete, or operating basic tools under supervision

- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members

- Perform general site cleanup to ensure a tidy and hazard-free workspace throughout the project

- Help with setting up and dismantling temporary structures such as barricades or fencing

- Report any safety concerns or equipment issues promptly to supervisors

Requirements

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

- Basic understanding of construction site safety practices and procedures

- Reliable transportation to job sites; flexibility to work different shifts as needed

- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
