Job Description:

As a Construction Laborer, you will play a key role in supporting daily construction operations across various project sites. Working under the direction of Foremen and equipment operators, you will assist with site preparation, material handling, trenching, concrete work, and other essential construction activities. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to maintaining safe and efficient job sites. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to high-quality construction work.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with daily construction activities including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.

· Complete required daily paperwork, such as daily logs, tailboards, and timesheets.

· Prepare layout areas by accurately measuring, marking, and recording distances or openings.

· Load, transport, and unload tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.

· Dig trenches, perform concrete finishing, remove debris, and complete general site cleanup.

· Assist with the handling, installation, and placement of conduit, cables, pedestals, and vaults.

· Perform inspections of installations and subcontractor work as directed.

· Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and compressors in a safe manner.

· Travel to job sites throughout San Bernardino, Riverside, and surrounding counties.

· Drive company-provided vehicles to and from project locations, adhering to safety standards.

· Read and interpret basic blueprints (preferred but not required).

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment at all times.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 1+ years of experience in construction, commercial experience preferred.

· High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

· Reliable and stable work history.

· Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

· OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation:

$20.00 - $35.00+ per hour, depending on experience and productivity.
