Construction Assistant/Laborer - CDL REQUIRED

We're looking for a Construction Assistant with a CDL to join our field crew and support operations with precision, reliability, and a good sense of humor.

What You’ll Do:

- Assist with day-to-day construction site duties, including trenching, backfilling, installing equipment, and site prep/cleanup.

- Haul equipment and materials using company trucks—CDL is a must!

- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment under the supervision of the site lead or foreman.

- Support field technicians during cathodic protection installations, underground utility work, and other infrastructure tasks.

- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in excellent working order.

- Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant with company policies and local regulations.

- Travel to job sites as required—sometimes across state lines—with overnight stays.

What You Bring:

- Valid CDL (Class A or B) with a clean driving record—required.

- Prior experience in construction, telecom, utility work, or similar—preferred but not required.

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

- Comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs and being physically active all day.

- Safety-first mindset with a solid work ethic and a great attitude.

- Willingness to travel and work as part of a tight-knit team.
