We are a dynamic construction company seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play an important role in driving our sales efforts forward. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in the construction industry.

Also when needed to help manage projects, gather material, making sure deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

•

Drive our sales efforts through effective lead generation and closing techniques

•

Work closely with potential and existing clients to develop a deep understanding of their needs and requirements

•

Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients

•

Work collaboratively with our internal teams to develop and deliver on proposals, projects, and timelines

•

Attend industry events to build relationships and generate new business opportunities

•

Utilize CRM software to manage and track deals through the sales funnel

•

Ensure client satisfaction and retention through ongoing communication and exceptional customer service

Requirements

•

A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the kitchen and bath construction industry

•

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

•

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•

Proficiency in CRM software or other sales management tools
