As an Electrical Project Manager / Estimator, you'll play a dual role that's critical to project success-bringing precision to the front end with accurate estimates and driving excellence throughout execution. What You'll Do:
•Drive Project Success - Lead electrical construction projects from post-bid handoff through execution, close-out, and client satisfaction.
•Estimate with Precision - Develop detailed cost estimates, analyze project specs, identify value engineering opportunities, and help position the team to win.
•Own the Budget & Schedule - Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and forecasts to keep performance on track and under control.
•Lead Collaboration - Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
•Procure and Plan - Oversee timely procurement of materials and services, review BOMs, and support prefabrication and field execution strategies.
•Support Field Success - Provide leadership, tools, and guidance to project foremen to ensure labor productivity, safety, and quality.
•Drive Results - Track and manage change orders, monitor costs, and ensure contract requirements are met efficiently and professionally.

What You'll Bring to the Team:
•Experience & Versatility - 5+ years of combined electrical estimating and project management experience; a proven record of success in commercial, industrial, or institutional settings.
•Technical Acumen - Deep understanding of electrical systems, NEC, local codes, and construction methods.
•Software Skills - Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Strong Leadership - Confident, organized, and adaptable with the ability to lead diverse teams and build relationships across roles.
•Analytical Mindset - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and cost management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
•Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Technology, or related fields.
•Journeyman License or equivalent field experience in the electrical trade.
•Experience managing or estimating large-scale projects in data centers, infrastructure, or heavy industrial environments.
