We’re looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Compensation Specialist to help support and strengthen Lithko’s pay programs. In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining compensation data, analyzing trends, and supporting the administration of core programs like base pay, bonuses, and long-term incentives. Position Responsibilities

•

Support the administration of compensation programs including base pay, bonuses, and long-term incentives

•

Conduct market benchmarking and pay analysis using internal data and external surveys

•

Maintain and update compensation tools, spreadsheets, and documentation

•

Assist with position evaluations, pay structure reviews, and compensation recommendations

•

Help prepare compensation-related materials and reports for internal use

•

Ensure compensation practices align with internal guidelines and support consistency across teams

This position will work out of our corporate headquarters in West Chester, OH. Reporting to the office each day is expected.

•

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, math, economics, or a related field

•

Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship

•

Must be comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and large data sets

•

Must have experience preparing and analyzing data utilizing Excel

•

Must be able to report to work in West Chester, OH office daily

•

Offer will be contingent upon a successful drug test

Preferred Skills & Experience

•

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

•

Previous experience with data visualization including systems like Power BI preferred

•

Previous experience with HR related systems like ADP, Adaptive, DocuSign eSignature, and OptionTrax preferred

•

Works well autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to communicate clearly and professionally to variety of audiences in person and virtually

•

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders

Compensation

•

$50,000 - $60,000 dependent upon skills and experience
