Western Midstream is a master limited partnership formed to own, develop, acquire, and operate midstream assets. We are engaged in the business of gathering, compressing, treating, processing, and transporting natural gas; gathering, stabilizing, and transporting condensate, natural gas liquids (NGLs), and crude oil; and gathering, transporting, and disposing of produced water for our customers.

Our core assets provide services for customers in the Delaware Basin in West Texas and New Mexico, and the DJ Basin in northeastern Colorado. Additional assets and investments are located in South Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.

Job Summary

This position is located in Western Midstream’s Corporate Office in The Woodlands, TX. This Compensation Advisor role will report to the Compensation Director. Leads the analysis and administration of compensation programs.

The Compensation Advisor possesses outstanding professional judgement and discretion, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality at all times. The Compensation Advisor is exceptionally organized, demonstrates an innate sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while achieving a reputation for excellence.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. CCP certification is a plus. Grade and salary commensurate with relevant education and experience.
