The Communications Coordinator is part of the People & Communications department and participates in a wide variety of communications, employee engagement and community investment activities with a particular focus on administration, coordination and content distribution. The Communications Coordinator actively integrates the P&C charter and operating model into their key responsibilities, focusing efforts on continuous improvement, an elevated employee experience, and innovative and engaging programs that align to KSPC’s strategic direction. Coordinates the distribution of content across internal and external channels, including social media, the K+S website, SharePoint, e-screen software, portal, email, newsletters, etc.
