Your Responsibilities
The Communications Coordinator is part of the People & Communications department and participates in a wide variety of communications, employee engagement and community investment activities with a particular focus on administration, coordination and content distribution. The Communications Coordinator actively integrates the P&C charter and operating model into their key responsibilities, focusing efforts on continuous improvement, an elevated employee experience, and innovative and engaging programs that align to KSPC’s strategic direction. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordinates the distribution of content across internal and external channels, including social media, the K+S website, SharePoint, e-screen software, portal, email, newsletters, etc.
+ Booking partner meetings as required. + Assisting in the activation of sponsorships (sending banners, swag, logos, ticket giveaways, employee volunteer opportunities, etc.). + Posting Youth + Us stories to social media and the website using Hootsuite. + Acting as liaison between the third party agency and community partners as required. + Attending events. + Assisting with employee engagement opportunities. + Assisting with budget reconciliation;. + General assistance for the Community Investment Specialist as required.
