As a Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing Fiorilli Construction's suite of business technologies-from Office 365 and Jonas Premier to CRM tools and field communication systems. This role combines day-to-day tech support with strategic systems planning and workflow innovation. You'll ensure our platforms run smoothly, our users are empowered, and our IT infrastructure is secure and efficient.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

In this hands-on role, you'll support the daily tech needs of a busy commercial construction firm while driving system improvements that enhance operational efficiency. From configuring workstations and managing Microsoft 365 licenses to optimizing business software like Jonas Premier and Hubspot, you'll be the go-to expert for all things IT.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time position typically involves 8.5-hour days from Monday to Thursday, with a half-day every other Friday. It includes two in-office days per week, with the rest remote.
