Commercial Construction Estimator/Project Manager

Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and project proposals for commercial construction projects.

Review and analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor/vendor bids to evaluate competitiveness and scope alignment.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop cost-effective solutions and value engineering options.

Maintain and manage project documentation, bid files, and cost data for ongoing and future reference.

Participate in bid reviews, pre-bid meetings, and post-bid negotiations as needed.

Proven experience as a Construction Estimator in commercial construction, preferably on warehouse, gas station, and municipal building projects.

Proficient in estimating and drafting software, including AutoCAD, PlanSwift, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong working knowledge of construction plans, specifications, and material take-offs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members, vendors, and clients.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities.

Experience using Adobe Acrobat and other tools for document markup and submission preparation.
