Construction Project Manager/Estimator

Reporting to the V.P. of Sales & Marketing, the Senior Estimator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the sales/estimating/project management team at the Company. In addition, the Senior Estimator provides training and technical expertise to the team on all related functions. Key responsibilities include:

· Drive company growth by coordinating and facilitating the team’s project load to achieve sales and profit goals as established by the owners

· Achieve personal sales and profit goals

· Provide training to the team, as needed, on key aspects of the sales/estimating/project management role

· Collaborate with V.P. of Sales & Marketing to assess performance and the development needs of team members (who report directly to the V.P. of Sales & Marketing)

· Maintain estimating/project management systems and processes, to include:

a. Standard/average production numbers

b. Assemblies and conditions

c. Standard methods for estimate, proposals and PM files

· Drive continuous improvement of sales/estimating/project management operations

· Collaborate with V.P. of Sales & Marketing to review bids and proposals

· Co-lead sales meeting with V.P. of Sales & Marketing

· Work with V.P. of Sales & Marketing to monitor sales and backlog and take necessary actions

· Collaborate with V.P. of Sales and President to establish pricing/mark-up targets

· Contribute to a collaborative, efficient and effective sales team and company culture

· Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
