Commercial Assistant

Scepter Inc. is a recognized leader in the aluminum recycling industry. Due to current growth, we have an opening in our Waverly, TN plant.

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, computer skills, as well as strong organizational skills.

Reporting to the Plant Manager, duties would include but are not limited to:

- Management of plant inventory record-keeping

- Creation and management of Purchase Orders and Sales orders for plant production

- Creation and issuance of Accounts Receivable Invoices

- Entry of Accounts Payable Invoices

- Organization and filing of production records

- Creation of shipment paperwork

- Reconciliation of month end close

- Communication with customers as a first line of contact for day to day issues
