ABOUT THE JOB:

We are seeking a proactive, solution-oriented Business Systems Analyst to lead optimization and support of our GetPaid and Salesforce platforms. In this cross-functional role, you’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams—translating operational needs into system solutions that improve efficiency, support decision-making, and drive business outcomes. You'll play a key role in evaluating processes, identifying enhancement opportunities, and ensuring our systems evolve with the needs of the business.
