Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to join our IT team supporting enterprise-level systems and infrastructure. This position is focused on the design, administration, and support of Microsoft 365 services and related technologies in a complex, multi-tenant environment.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, identity management, SCCM, Intune, Exchange, ADFS, Active Directory, and related technologies. You will also provide escalated technical support, manage system configurations, and assist in implementing security and compliance strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
•Administer and support Microsoft 365 solutions, including Exchange Online, Security & Compliance Center, Azure AD, MFA, ADFS, and Intune.
•Design, build, deploy, and manage solutions using SCCM and Intune for end-user and device management.
•Troubleshoot enterprise-level Microsoft technologies (WSUS, Group Policy, Windows OS, Windows Servicing).
•Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for identity, access, and platform-related incidents.
•Collaborate with Microsoft 365 product owners to optimize organizational use of collaboration tools (e.g., Email, eDiscovery, Content Search).
•Assist with content migration from legacy systems to M365 (OneDrive, SharePoint, file servers).
•Implement and maintain policies, configurations, and security controls for all M365 services.
•Provide support for third-party platforms and tools, including F5, VxRail, and LDAP.
Preferred Skills
•Experience with Hybrid Office 365 deployments and AD Connect for synchronization.
•Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell to manage M365 and Active Directory.
•Familiarity with DNS, Email Gateways, and diverse IT platforms.
•Experience planning and executing M365 roadmaps and deployments.
Required Qualifications
•Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration across enterprise environments.
•Strong technical expertise in SCCM, Intune, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Azure AD, ADFS, and M365 Security & Compliance.
•Hands-on experience with F5 and VxRail platforms.
•Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
Education
•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour
