ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
General description of main/primary duties and responsibilities of the job, aptitude, level of complexity, span of control, autonomy, decision making and judgement. It is central and necessary to the satisfactory performance of the job. Includes the following and other duties as assigned.
Under general supervision, this position will:
•Build and provision physical and virtual servers and storage in several locations.
•Monitor server and storage health. Perform preventative and recovery measures when appropriate.
•Update and patch servers, storage, and workstations for Windows in accordance with best practices, performance, and security.
•Administer storage solutions, including permissions and sizing. Install and configure additional storage as needed.
•Maintain Active Directory, including creating, modifying, deleting accounts, and maintaining file share permissions.
•Maintain the Exchange environment including the archival, spam and malware tools associated with email.
•Maintain replication between main Data Center and DR Site.
•Work closely with each of the other groups in IT to provide the best possible network, uptime, and service to the Company’s business units. Assist Help Desk with any issues related to the infrastructure or permissions.
•Work with application owners with upgrades, patches and troubleshooting of issues and applications.
•Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Experience, Licensure (minimum level required)
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems or related field from an accredited institution; OR
•At least two (2) years of system administration experience.
•At least two (2) years of experience with Cisco UCS servers, NetApp and VMWare.
•At least two (2) years of experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
•At least two (2) years of experience Entrada ID (formerly Azure AD).

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Functions as an individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office Related:
•Job is primarily performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires regular use of a computer, keyboard, mouse, and multi-line telephone system.
•Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.
HOURS / SHIFTS
•Available for on-call rotation and responsibilities on weekends and holidays for urgent issues or emergencies during off hours, as needed.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
•Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms.
•Minimally lift, push, carry and/or move up to 50 pounds.
•Minimally be able to bend, stoop, crouch, etc.
TRAVEL
Approximate amount of time: Minimal (under 25%); Regularly (25% - 75%);
Frequent (more than 75%).
•Minimal travel may be required to other locations.
•Approximate overnight travel is 5%.
