JOB SUMMARY

The Collection Analyst I is responsible for all collection dunning activities and report for all brands. The Analyst will develop and provide operational, performance and ad hoc reporting daily/weekly/monthly and will take lead in daily operations of creating dialers, text campaigns and notices.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Using Advance Excel to manage collection dialers, email, letter and text campaigns including friendly reminders, final warnings and disconnection/drop notices for all brands

- Create SOAP Services to move data from Dialer Database into reporting database

- Oversee transactions including DNP letter fee, disconnections/reconnections, drops, switch holds & MVO’s

- Manage KACE tickets for the collection department

- Manage Auto Pay Decline, Courtesy Credit & Waiver Reports

- Maintain master DNC list and upload to the dialers.

- Develop and maintain department processes including collection agency/law firm placements and reporting

- Provide ongoing coaching and training to all employees relating to collections processes

- Create, update, and maintain Collection process flows and documentations

- Work on special projects as assigned by management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- High school graduate and related experience

- Advanced to intermediate Excel skills

- Excellent computer skills

- Able to handle multiple computer applications at the same time

- Prior experience working with REP is plus

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Must have qualities of Team player and independent thinker/problem solver skills
