CNC Lathe Machinist

CNC Lathe Machinist (Mazak) – Full Time

We’re a family-owned machine shop looking for a CNC lathe machinist to run Mazak Quickturns and slant-turn lathes. This is not a “stand there and push a button” job — we’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their machine and their work.

Day-to-day, you’ll be setting up and running jobs, making offsets, checking parts, and keeping production moving. Most of our work is a mix of repeat and job shop, so you won’t be stuck doing the same part forever.

We don’t run a corporate shop. It’s straightforward — show up, do your work, and you’ll be treated well. We stay busy and we expect you to contribute.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience running CNC lathes (Mazak is a big plus)

- Ability to set up jobs and make adjustments as needed

- Comfortable reading prints and checking your own work

- Strong work ethic and reliability

Willing to train the right person if you have a good foundation and the right attitude.
