Sign-On Bonus Available for Qualified Candidates. BlueLine Manufacturing is hiring an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist specializing in Mazak equipment to join our growing precision machining team. We are looking for highly skilled machinists who take pride in tight-tolerance work, efficiency, and professional craftsmanship. If you are self-motivated, reliable, and confident running Mazak equipment independently — we want to talk with you.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8+ years CNC Lathe machining experience

- Strong proficiency with Mazatrol programming

- Experience machining tight tolerance parts (+/-.001")

- Ability to setup, troubleshoot, and run jobs independently

- Strong attention to detail and quality standards

- Self-driven, dependable, and team-oriented

Work Schedules:

Day Shift:

- Monday – Friday

- 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Night Shift:

- Monday – Thursday

- 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

- Fridays OFF

Pay & Incentives:

- $23.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on experience)

- Sign-On Bonus for candidates meeting all qualifications
