Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, utilizing various tools and machinery to ensure high-quality production standards. Duties

- Operate CNC machines

- Use hand tools, including calipers and micrometers, for precise measurements and quality inspection of finished products.

- Perform routine maintenance on equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.

- Document production activities accurately, maintaining records of inspections and adjustments made during the manufacturing process.

Skills

- Proficiency in operating CNC machinery is essential.

- Strong measurement skills using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.

- Basic programming knowledge for CNC machines is a plus.

- Great time keeping and being on time to work.

- Ability to conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

- Competence in using hand tools safely and effectively within a manufacturing environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
