CNA – Certified Nursing Assistant

Job Summary:

Ahava Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their care team in Concord, NH. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff during evening shifts.

Location: Concord, NH (ZIP: 03301) Facility: Ahava Healthcare Employment Type: Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 12/01/2026 Shift: 5x8 Evenings Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff

- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

- Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the nursing team

- Take and accurately record vital signs

- Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times

- Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols

- Document care activities in accordance with facility guidelines

Mandatory Requirements:

- Active CNA certification/license (NH or compact, as applicable)

- Ability to work evening shifts (5x8)

- Reliable transportation

- Strong communication and patient-care skills
