We are seeking candidates for Renu Wellness Spa as a Front Desk Client Specialist. You are the first and last impression of our business. This position provides immediate, efficient and friendly customer service in person or over the phone. This position is also responsible for general sales, checking spa emails and voicemails and following up, light cleaning of the reception area, member lounge, spot checking throughout the center as well as towel laundry upkeep.
The Front Desk Client Specialist is essential to the promotion and information sharing of all modalities and services. Qualified applicants will have: previous customer service experience (preferred), drive to succeed, genuine interest in health and fitness and ability to work a flexible schedule. This position includes a free gym membership and other perks. The position is from 20-36 hours per week.
- Maintaining positive interactions with members on a daily basis
- Answers phone calls, schedule appointments, and share general information on services performed and products sold.
- Generate sales by educating guests on modalities in spa and retail for at home upkeep.
- Check clients in for services and perform all POS duties.
- Assure all proper paperwork is completed before the services are rendered.
- Open and close clinic according to current systems in place.
- Keep all work areas clean, safe, and orderly at all times.
- Follow all rules and systems while always maintaining confidentiality with all clients and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- Perform administrative duties including restocking supplies, anticipating stock needs and alerting manager, and general cleaning and sanitation duties.
- Assisting prospective members with completing registration and ensuring that they are addressed in a timely fashion
- Displaying a consistently positive attitude towards members, staff, job tasks and mission statement
- Checking in all guests and members, quickly and professionally
- CPR/AED Certified
- Customer service experience
- Sales experience
- Observant and detail oriented while staying attentive to current surroundings
- Experienced and highly proficient with using a computer utilizing scheduling and lead generation software, email, word, and excel.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little to no supervision
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
- High ethics and integrity.
- Medical Terminology is a plus.
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
- Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift over 30 pounds
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals
