We are looking for a friendly, informative, and welcoming full-time front desk clerk/customer service representative to join our growing company.
As a front desk clerk/customer service representative, you will serve as a positive first impression of the company at all times, while handling the daily responsibilities of a front desk clerk/customer service with efficiency and ease.
Front Desk Clerk/Customer Service Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic company information.
· Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents, etc.
· Monitor front desk and comply with all security procedures for visitors.
· Follow up on customer orders and deliveries as well as coordinate with dispatch estimated arrival time on orders.
· Accept payments as well as process orders for customer pick-up.
Front Desk Clerk/Customer Service Job Requirements and Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
· Prior experience handling front desk clerk/customer service responsibilities; experience in customer service or related field.
· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
· Highly organized multi-tasked who works well in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must-must be fluently bilingual (English/Spanish)
· Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
