The Role

As a Client Relations Specialist, you’ll be the voice and face of Monument for our customers — guiding them through their solar journey with care, clarity, and confidence. You’ll manage the behind-the-scenes logistics for our install and service teams, while ensuring our homeowners feel supported from start to finish.

We’re looking for someone bilingual (English/Spanish), detail-oriented, and energized by solving problems and helping people. You don’t need solar experience — we’ll train the right person — but you do need a “we’ve got this” attitude and a commitment to excellence.

Pay: $41,600.00 - $61,770.71 per year
