Classic/ Antique Car Auto Mechanic (Salary/ Not Flat Rate!!!)

FT Salaried Position. Not Flat Rate!

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic who is knowledgeable & has experience with Classic , Antique and Museum Cars and/or carbureted engines. As an Automotive Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of vehicles.

- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to standards

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics

- Communicate directly with Fleet Manager and/or Owner on problems & how to fix them

- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

- Repair or replace faulty parts and components

- Perform carbureted engine repairs as needed

- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs

- Keep accurate records of all services performed

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic w/ Classic Car experience

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems

- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and reading schematics

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a relaxed environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and able to articulate a plan of action

- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

- Excellent communication skills
