Job description

Class 1 Delivery Driver/Production Labourer needed for delivering metal roofing, siding & accessories from our Grande Prairie location to various locations.

The successful candidate will be working in a fast paced environment, for a growing company that values team players, a positive attitude and excellent work ethics.

You would also be responsible for operating state of the art equipment to manufacture metal roofing and siding and the complementary metal trims.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:

- delivering products to customers

- operating forklift and coil tipping equipment

- general maintenance of equipment

- preparing both manufactured and non-manufactured items for shipping

- interacting from time to time with customers.

Preference will be given to applicants with a working knowledge of shear and break equipment and/or general production experience.

General knowledge of trucks and mechanically inclined individuals are invited to apply.

- Must have clean drivers abstract

- Must have general knowledge of the area

- Must be physically fit

- Must have attention to detail

You will also take part in general equipment maintenance, the proper & safe use of heavy material handling equipment & the packaging of finished product for shipping.

- Forklift ticket an asset

- Class 1 Drivers Licence (Clean)

- Plant labour training provided

- Wage commensurate with experience
