How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the design and approval of production processes to meet project targets.
- Define cost-effective production sequences that maximize quality.
- Develop investment budgets for new products and process innovations.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to evaluate and select optimal suppliers.
- Partner with R&D to optimize technical standards and design rules.
- Champion health and safety across all production initiatives.
- Build and develop a high-performing team with HR support.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations and engineering. - 2+ years of direct people management experience. - 2+ years of project management experience.- Strong communication skills, both technical and interpersonal.
- Preferred: Experience in transformer manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma certification.
