Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Central Office Installer (Level III and IV Lead) based in Las Vegas, NV. The individual will be responsible for the installation of telecommunications equipment in central office environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, cabling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting equipment, adhering to industry standards, and following detailed technical documentation. The role also involves ensuring compliance with safety protocols and maintaining detailed installation records to support a successful project outcome.

Qualifications

- Experience with telecommunications equipment installation, wiring, and cabling

- Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting technical issues

- DC power experience is a must (secondary power and hot work)

- Ability to adhere to industry safety guidelines and documentation standards

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately

- Effective communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of fiber optic systems, electrical systems, and data centers is a plus

- Flexibility to adapt to project-based work environments

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are preferred
