Cashier/Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Duties

- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their inquiries.

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.

- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical sales support for various merchandise.

- Upsell products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.

- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display.

- Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking shelves as needed.

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette.

- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.

- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred.

- Familiarity with technology sales, including product demos and technical sales support.

- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- A proactive approach to upselling products while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay: $17.85-$18.00 per hour
