Help us maintain a leadership position in the petroleum retailing industry as a Cashier/Customer Service Associate.

Our Cashier/Customer Service Associates are the faces of our retail locations.

Position includes:

- Processing sales transactions correctly

- Balancing a cash drawer

- Verifying credit acceptance

- Maintaining correct price changes

- Stocking & merchandising products

- Preparing food & coffee

- Providing friendly & attentive service

- Helping maintain a high standard of cleanliness for our customer experience

Qualifications include, but not limited to:

- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide

- Communicates in a courteous and effective manner with customers, co-workers, and supervisors

- Maintains a safe environment for customers and co-workers

- Contributes energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude every day

- Good work ethic and understands work priorities to accomplish work goals

- Pays attention to detail and follows through until tasks are completed

- Reliable attendance and timeliness required

*Roettgers Company, Inc. offers a signing bonus of $250 after 120 days of employment with an average of 15 hours worked per week to new hires who were not referred by a current Roettgers Company, Inc. employee. There are no partial bonuses for averaging fewer than 15 hours per week or not meeting the 120-day requirement. There is only one signing bonus per new employee. Once an individual begins employment with RCI, that employee is no longer eligible for a new signing bonus (no repeat hires). RCI reserves all rights to decide who to or not to hire. This program may be cancelled at any time with or without notice.

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week
