This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist located in Dallas, TX. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and managing key accounts. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market research, creating business strategies, preparing proposals and presentations, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong skills in market research, strategy development, and relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is ideal but not necessary
- Experience in the alternative investments is a plus
