Business Development Professional

Job Description:

We’re looking for motivated and reliable Business Development Representatives to join our growing team!

As the first point of contact for homeowners, you’ll play a key role in generating appointments for our Energy Specialists. You’ll be offering a zero out-of-pocket solar program where homeowners only pay for the energy produced—not the panels. They start saving money from month one, and you help make that happen.

What You’ll Do:

- Make outbound calls to qualified leads

- Educate homeowners on the benefits of our solar energy program

- Set up appointments for our Energy Specialists

- Track and update call activity in our system

Requirements:

- A computer or laptop

- Strong communication skills and ability to build quick rapport

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Chicago Time)

Pay: $45,919.66 - $55,301.09 per year

Compensation Package:
