Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team at Renovation Pros. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving growth and expanding our market presence through strategic partnerships including adjusters, multi -housing complex and HOA's. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of delivering exceptional restoration services.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the restoration industry.

•

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance customer satisfaction.

•

Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.

•

Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.

•

Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies.

•

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion.

Requirements

•

Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the restoration or construction industry.

•

Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.

•

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients.

•

Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce is preferred.

•

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

•

Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills for market analysis.
