We are looking for seasoned sales professionals to join our team, supporting our sales growth throughout and south of Boston. Pay is based on experience and is a combination of base salary plus commission.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a track record of growth and success. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential and existing customers. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal. You will ensure proper after-sales service. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will boost sales and contribute to our long-term business growth.
Responsibilities
•Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
•Identify new business opportunities and potential clients, both commercial and residential.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
•Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
•Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional strategies.
•Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
•Attend industry conferences, expos, and networking events to promote the company.
•Track and report on business development performance metrics.
•Coordinate with the operations team to ensure client projects are executed successfully.
•Provide regular updates and feedback to senior management on business development activities.
Skills
•Proven work experience in a business development role, preferably in the restoration industry; adjacent industries will be considered
•Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
•Track record of achieving sales quotas
•Experience utilizing and leveraging CRM’s
•Proficiency with MS Office Suite
•Understanding of sales performance metrics
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to deliver engaging presentations
