Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and payroll. This role requires proficiency in various accounting software and a strong understanding of financial concepts.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries, journal entries, and account reconciliations
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and ensure accuracy of financial reports
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks
- Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and documentation
- Responsible for payroll
- Familiarity with Quickbooks is required
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation, account reconciliation, and general ledger reconciliation processes
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft office is required
