Wholesale Distribution company is looking for a permanent part-time full charge bookkeeper; Duties: Preparation of invoices to customers
Preparation of weekly A/R list and follow-up with customers for payment of invoices
Profit analysis of each order
A/R, Preparation of weekly reports-
A/P Preparation of checks to vendors
Bank reconciliation
Cash flow management
Monthly P&L and Balance Sheet Statements
Payroll preparation for employees
Coordination with accountant for preparation of fiscal year end financial statements
Hours: 12 hours per week 4 hours per day for three days, Compensation: $40- $50/hourThe qualified candidate should have the following qualifications:
Minimum AA degree
Minimum 5 years working in a corporate environment:
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Office Suite, Advanced versions of QuickBooks , Microsoft Excel, Spread Sheets,
- Experience with 941, EFTPS and EDDP payments
