Job Title: Bookkeeper and Office Manager

Description: Finnco is seeking a Bookkeeper and Office Manager. This is an hourly, full-time position. Responsibilities will include: accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll and benefits administration, operational record keeping and general support for the business.

Prior booking experience is strongly encouraged, however candidates with strong academic accounting or other related experience will be considered. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft office products, be familiar with manufacturing, have solid math and accounting skills and be comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers in a professional environment.

Finnco is a mature, growing business where continuous improvement is encouraged. All financial transactions are recorded in the Sage accounting system.
