SUMMARY: Supports all aspects of managing the company's billing and collection processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment processing, and revenue cycle management. Will handle tasks like preparing invoices, maintaining accounts receivable, and resolving billing discrepancies.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Processes billings to customers; emails billings to customers or uploads billings to customers portals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to billing cycles.
•Receiving, recording and reconciling payments, including those from various sources like checks, credit cards and electronic transfers (wired & ACH’s).
•Performs data entry and spreadsheet management.
•Maintains detailed customer accounts receivable files and records, including outstanding invoices, and escalates to the appropriate manager for collection updates.
•Responds to customer and manager inquiries regarding invoices, expenses (on T&M contracts); assists with customer statement discrepancy reconciliation.
•Prepares and presents accounts receivable reports as required.
•Reviews, analyzes, modifies, and implements efficient and effective accounts receivable processes, policies, and procedures.
•Ability to work with all levels of management.
•Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
•One-year certificate from college or technical school, six months to one year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•Ability to accurately calculate, track and analyze financial data.
•Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail.

•Familiarity with accounting and billing software, such as SAP, QuickBooks, etc.
