Account Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will support client relationships, assist in managing accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. The Account Representative has the important role of maintaining and expanding relationships with customers and will serve as a point of contact to support their needs and deliver exceptional service. The Account Representative will play an essential part in our sales department reporting to the Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing and maintaining client accounts

- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and resolve basic issues

- Support the Sales team in developing and executing account strategies

- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and proposals

- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

- Identify opportunities to sell products/services

- Attend team meetings and participate in training and development sessions

Qualifications

- Experience within the Oil & Gas industry preferred

- Experience in Sales or Customer Service preferred

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Experience using standard Office tools and CRM systems

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Valid class 5 driver’s license

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a customer-first mindset
