Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales representatives. Your goal is to generate interest, build rapport, and schedule meetings that convert into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to prospective B2B clients.
•Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers, pain points, and budget readiness.
•Set appointments and meetings for sales executives with qualified prospects.
•Maintain accurate records of all outreach and communications in the CRM system.
•Follow up on warm leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
•Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs related to call volume and appointment setting.
•Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements:
•Interest in getting into Sales or previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting (B2B preferred).
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers, and outreach platforms.
•Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and a drive to succeed.
•Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently follow up.
