B2C Sales Team Leader

This position is held for a professional sales driver who can convert leads created by a group of technicians on their individual team. This manager will ensure the information in the CRM is accurate and the technicians are prepared to present accurate findings to each customer in their home. This role is focused on in home, B2C sales. We will provide a detailed sales process for the Call by Call Sales Manager and their team to follow in order to hit routine metrics for commissions and bonus incentives. This individual will report to the department manager and the Director of Business Development to ensure the team is moving in the right direction.

Necessary Qualifications for this role:

- Proven sales experience (HVAC Sales Preferred).

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to lead and inspire a team.

- Responsiveness to a sales environment with high expectations.
