Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
Understand the customer needs and create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about our products and pricing
Develop key referral sources, build a network and general leads for future sales
Establish, nurture, and manage long-term partnerships to maximize mutual success
Track performance metrics and continuously optimize for growth
Create accurate and complete sales proposals that can be easily transferred to the installation team
Promote our company, products, and accessories wherever possible
Ensure all scheduled work is performed to the customer’s satisfaction and resolve any issues or problems
Requirements:Must have commercial business-to-business (B2B) sales experience in the Atlanta area
Proven record of accomplishment in B2B sales with the ability to think strategically to create pipelines and meet required goals
Strong ability to manage and appropriately prioritize several tasks and objectives concurrently
Financial acumen including the ability to determine if a job is profitable
IT competent, previous experience with Microsoft Office and the latest sales applications
Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities and sense of urgency
Solid verbal and written communications
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
Familiar with local codes and can speak to company product lines
Experience and product knowledge relating to commercial doors is a plus
