Armstrong Regional Co-op in Vernon, BC is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Manager to help lead our busy gas bar and convenience store.

- Support the Manager with daily operations of the gas bar and convenience store
- Lead, train, and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness, displays, and inventory levels
- Handle cash balancing, deposits, and paperwork accurately
- Ensure all safety and environmental standards are followed
- Help with scheduling, ordering, and performance management
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional and positive way
- Retail or gas bar/convenience store experience (supervisory experience an asset)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer and POS skills
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- This is a permanent, full-time position
